Ground Yoga

Hot Yoga (with Infrared Technology)

While most heated yoga studios use forced air or heated panels to heat their rooms, Yoga & Wellness Center uses a greener approach with Infrared technology, by heating the body directly providing a therapeutic, deep penetrating, detoxifying practice which expels toxins, heavy metals and pollutants from the body. Sweating is the body’s safe and natural way to heal and stay healthy.

Aerial Yoga

Combines acrobatic arts and anti-gravity asana, it’s an accessible fun practice that increases core and upper-arm strength. Aerial Yoga also helps you find more length in your spine and safe alignment in your poses. Physical benefits include spinal decompression, pain relief and ease in inversions.
